Criminal Law

Our lawyer also represent accused in the law of court in crimes alleged to have been committed by accused person.  Our lawyer and partner are very experience with criminal law procedure and often able to represent accused person professionally.  

Our lawyer has tracked records that they have successfully helped accused person acquitted for alleged crimes that they did not commit.  

Alternative Dispute Resolution

We believe besides the convention ways to resolute disputes, certain circumstances would be best to use alternative dispute resolution such as mediation and arbitration proceedings.  Regardless of whether your disputes matter is of corporate, commercial or constructions, we will always provides our clients with option for alternative dispute resolution, if such methods are more beneficial for our clients, compare to the usual litigation proceedings.  

Our lawyers are member of CIArb. We support clients from the drafting of arbitration clauses, selecting the appropriate venue and process, advising on the appointment of arbitrators, representation at arbitration hearings and enforcement proceedings, and setting aside arbitral awards. We assist with applications to Courts for interim measures, recourse against awards as well as the recognition and enforcement of awards.
